How to Configure Branding and Theme in the Admin Console

This guide walks you through customizing the branding, logo, and theme colors of your Fabrixly-IDS login screens and administrator dashboard.

1. Accessing Theme Settings

  1. Log in to your Fabrixly-IDS Admin Console (typically hosted at https://ids.fabrixly.com/admin or http://localhost:5173).
  2. On the left navigation sidebar, click on System Settings (or Branding & Themes depending on your role scope).

2. Setting Application Identity

Under the General Identity section:

  • Application Name: Enter the user-facing name of your authentication service (e.g., MyCompany Auth or Fabrixly Sign-In). This name is displayed on the main OIDC login views and emails.
  • Logo URL: Enter the absolute HTTP/HTTPS URL of your company logo (e.g., https://mycompany.com/assets/logo.png).
    • Tip: Keep the logo aspect ratio square or rectangular (max height 60px) to prevent layout distortion on mobile screens.

3. Customizing the Login Screen Theme

Under the Theme Configuration section, configure the color palette using hex codes (e.g., #1890ff):

  • Primary Color: Used for major buttons, links, checkbox borders, and active tabs.
  • Secondary Color: Used for accents, badges, success states, and secondary controls.
  • Background Color: Controls the background color of the login container card.
  • Font Family: Select a modern typography system (e.g., Inter, -apple-system, sans-serif) to match your corporate styling.

4. Live Preview & Saving

  1. As you edit colors and upload logo URLs, click Refresh Preview to see how the login page will render on desktop and mobile viewports.
  2. Once you are satisfied with the branding layout, click Save Settings in the upper-right corner.
  3. The changes take effect instantly for all active OIDC authentication screens and emails.
